In SWT when calling insert, append text on multi text control, it's automatically scrolled to the end of the new inserted text. In case of append - it is auto-scrolled to the end. In SWT setText does not auto-scroll.

No progress... Using the HTML "textarea" element on the client makes the things complicated. We have plans to rework the multi Text widget completely, but this will not happen for 3.0.
