Add an action in the filter menu, to Show/Hide inherited elements in a class composite.

To have the menu : Right click on a class -> Filters -> Show/Hide inherited Properties/Ports
Done in r2285

Minor changes in r2433.

I reopen the bug as this action should probably be declared using the ui.menus framework.
