rap-tooling-1.2.2-R-20100126-1129.zip not found on most mirrors, fortunately it is present on the Friends of Eclipse server, however, you need to be a friend. Has it been deleted?

I moved some files during an archive cleanup yesterday, maybe some mirrors were not updated when you tried. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. The link on http://eclipse.org/rap/downloads/1.2/ works for me. Please reopen if I missed something.
