Currently all jpa.fetchgroups testing only run on JavaSE, they should be migrated to run on application servers, e.g. WLS, WAS, JBoss, Glassfish, etc.

The attached are all jpa.fetchgroups tests migrated to run on both JavaSE and application servers, also verified on jdk1.6.0_20, WLS 10.3.3, JBoss-5.1.0.GA, and GlassFish-v3.

Add runBare() for "FetchGroup Weaving Requirement", but will not determine if isWeavingEnabled() on server.

Verified on both javaSE (1.6.0_20) and javaEE (WLS/JBoss/GlassFish) by running jpa-lrg with no-weaving/static-weaving/dynamic-weaving.
