The 'Create a New CVS Branch' dialog needs polish:
- it's not obvious that the selection in the details section has no meaning
- labels must be lower case and not title case

The 'Details' label is confusing too. Since it may be read as some details for the branch operation. Maybe it should be changed to 'Info' or 'Preview versions' or 'Existing versions'. In the same time we may add a message 'Selecting version or branch will not affect the operation' below the list of branches and versions.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.
