By default it's assigned to Ctrl-Shift-B. Works for me. I'm aware of that. All I ask is that you add the keyboard shortcut (i.e. the String "Ctrl+Shift+B") to the action, is it is visible in the popup menu that I get when I right-click on the left border of the editor. What's interesting is that it shows up in the main run menu (Shift+Ctrl+B), but doesn't show up in the right click menu.
