1. Select "New Papyrus Diagram/Model" Wizard, on page "Select Diagram Kind" shoose "Class Diagram" and check "Remember current selection" check-box. Create a diagram.
2. Now select the wizard again. On the first page click "Finish". No diagram will be created by default, but a Class diagram must have been created by default.

New Papyrus Project/Model wizard should create a default diagram even if the "Select Diagram Kind" page was not open
