When you do a Right Click on an element, the popup menu contains a menu named Filters.
Remove from this menu the following items : 
	- Hide Selection
	- Hide Visual Type
	- Hide SemanticModel
	- Show All Hiden Parts
	- Hide Inheritance Links
	- Hide Reference Links
	
These items are defined with the extension point org.eclipse.gmf.runtime.common.ui.services.action.contributionItemProviders
in the plugin org.eclipse.emf.ecoretools.filters.

In the toolbar, we also remove "Filters Element".
