I have often Out Of Memory Errors when using the Install wizard. This makes it difficult to install the features I need.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Help -> Install new Software
2. work with: -- All available sites
3. select an item
4. press next if no error until here.

What JRE are you using to run Eclipse?

For example my last OOME I got by following steps 1-2, entering "cove" into the filter and eclipse wasn't reacting for a while. Finally it came back to life, let me select the plugin (EclEmma Java Code Coverage)) but after selecting it failed to proceed to the next wizard page with the popup that the workbench should be restarted.
