hi,

i discovered that EEF project has 2 disctincts ID in babel web interface : 

modeling.emf.eef
modeling.emft.eef

the first one must be erased, please.

Should both 0.7.1 & 0.8 of modeling.emf.eef be removed?

the best should be to move them to modeling.emft.eef, if possible. 
if not, just delete them and we will re-create translations

I removed the map file settings for both 0.7.1 & 0.8 of "modeling.emf.eef". I also ran the sync-up script. "modeling.emft.eef" should picked up all matching translations from the old projects. As you can see from the latest build (http://build.eclipse.org/technology/babel/babel_language_packs/N20100708-0400/helios.php), we are building the language packs for "modeling.emft.eef" but not for "modeling.emf.eef" anymore. However, because of a recent fix in bug 309702, we are only processing the map files for the latest train. We are not marking the old files in "modeling.emf.eef" as inactive. That should not affect anything.
