the page preference page "printing", "rulers and grid" are duplicated in each diagram. they are pointing on the same preferences. So when a user modify one page it modify all page of each diagrams.

The solution consists of implementing some preferences page in order to specify diagram specific constant.
In his manner, we can connect to the specific store in order to manage those preference with different levels.

Because i will take to many times, I propose temporarily  to remove in each diagram this kind of page. In this case, it will remains only one page.

Print & RulersAndGrid preferences disabled (related pages not deleted) in plugin.xml:
- SysML Requirement
- SysML BDD
- SysML IBD

This task isn't blocker anymore. I Switch it to "normal". Maybe it could even be closed?
