This also gets rid of the many extra separators in the toolbar.

VERIFIED in I20100707-2006.

TOO MANY ;-) Some groups (e.g. Debug and JDT UI) are no longer separated in the toolbar. If added that comment to bug 318847.

I'm sorry, it's not fixed: simply open a text editor to see it.

You have to first open a Java editor and then a text editor.

This is not needed.
1. select the file in the Package Explorer
2. open the the Navigate menu
3. open the file
4. open the the Navigate menu
