Cut, Copy and Paste do not work at all. Neither with keyboard shortcuts, nor with the context menu, nor from the edit menu.
The only way is to select and ctrl+drag to copy-paste, or select and drag to cut-paste.
Copy-paste works from Eclipse to the outside. But not from Eclipse to Eclipse, or from outside to Eclipse

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Select a block or line of text, or just a word
2.Cut, or Copy
3.Try to paste anywhere else in Eclipse

Not sure what happened. But for some reason it works now.
Uncertain why it was happening, and why it isn't anymore.
If it starts happening again I will reopen this bug with additional comments.
