This patch includes a test suite and some tests for the Reference Collector class, testing the variable marking feature.  The test-io test demonstrates some markings on IO statements that may need to be changed.

1. you wrote 100% of the code without incorporating content from elsewhere or relying on the intellectual property of others,

2. you have the right to contribute the code to Eclipse, and

3. you have included the EPL license header in all source files?

This is a small contribution, so I have committed it to CVS as VariableAccessTestSuite.  Failing tests (test-io) were moved into core.vpg.tests.failing.
