Once a diagram has been created, its name cannot be changed anymore.

Yes, it can :-)

Select the diagram in the contextual menu in the ModelExplorer, select 'rename ...'

Sorry, I used to rename my diagrams using property view in the previous version (1.12.1). By the way, It should be useful to propose this feature in the property view later.

Yes, you are right, this was a nice feature.
This is certainly still possible, but actually, when you select the diagram, you don't see its properties, but the properties of the model !
