When the user select a new diagram, the switch to the new diagram should be recorded in the IOperationHistory under the same context as other Papyrus actions.
This will allow, when doing undo/redo, to switch back and forth to the diagram where actions occur.

This task is now invalid; switching tabs has been removed from the Papyrus undo context in 0.10.
