Migrate Tigerstripe to Helios in a branch.

I've created "helios" branch for this migration. The only one plugin need a separate version: org.eclipse.tigerstripe.workbench.ui.visualeditor.diagram.

Initially I've tried to re-generate GMF diagrams but found it really difficult mostly because of custom code. So I've ported to the last GMF only incompatible part related to OCL. Probably with this approach we miss some new GMF features but I think it'll work for now.

I've checked Tigerstripe Explorer, editors, TS and annotations refactoring, some base generation, class/instance diagrams (especially DnD and OCL) and all looks working.

Assigned to Eric to have a look.

I've also created "helios" branch for org.eclipse.tigerstripe.workbench.optional.buckminster plugin. There was some compile errors related to changes in p2 (some API moved from internal to public).

All Helios-related changes are in.  Marking this defect as fixed.
