In properties view the menu items "Categories" & "Columns..." are not localized.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use a localized eclipe 3.4.2 (Japenese)
2. Display properties view
3. Open view menu

I see that they are added in the properties file and used correctly in the actions as well. Probably you need to find & install the right language pack.

Or its possible that 3.4 didn't have it and fixed in later versions.
