If a clone repository replicates master changes during the SYNCING state it does not notify the sessions of the clone about the changes.

Patch v3 also fixes the more severe problem that after a completed raw replication the revisions in the clone cache were NOT revised. Now all "current" revisions are simply removed from the cache.
