If a Java project without any prior JAD file is converted to a Midlet project the conversion fails with a NPE in org.eclipse.mtj.internal.core.project.midp.MidletSuiteFactory$MidletSuiteCreationRunnable.getDefaultApplicationDescriptorProperties.. This hangs the UI. We need some guessing feature to determine the default values for the JAD properties.

A fix for both NPE and the ProgressDialog that hangs have been released to HEAD
