I don't know how this happened, but the patch from bug 198937 applied to all files with the exception of webedit.properties.

Raising for PMC review.

    * Explain why you believe this is a stop-ship defect. Or, if it is a "hotbug" (requested by an adopter) please document it as such.

This bug solves a regression introduced with the Helios release. One UI label is corrupted.

    * Is there a work-around? If so, why do you believe the work-around is insufficient?

No meaningful workaround.

    * How has the fix been tested? Is there a test case attached to the bugzilla record? Has a JUnit Test been added?

Manually tested.

    * Give a brief technical overview. Who has reviewed this fix?

The patch of bug 198937 was not applied to the webedit.properties file by mistake. This patch adds the missing bits from that patch.

    * What is the risk associated with this fix?

The changes affect some UI labels. No other technical risk.
