Build Identifier: 3.0.0

The notification builder creates invalid EMF notifications out of a CDOMoveFeatureDelta.

The newValue is the list where the move was done: [CDOID123, CDOID234, CDOID345]
In an EMF notification the moved object is expected as newValue: CDOID234
(At least EMF databinding expects this new value)
