The build id in the about dialog is {0}, I downloaded I20100628. Every single menu as the "Watch..." menu item. Watch is a command that uses the menu extension point to be added to every menu after additions. It has a visibleWhen filter that is supposed to check that all selected items pass a 'canCreateWatchExpression' check.
