Build Identifier: 

The build configuration location should be created on the remote machine when (for example) a remote project is opened. This does does not happen.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open any remote project
2. Check the remote machine to see if the Build Configuration folder was created

Modifed patch for ptp_2_1, ptp_4_0 and HEAD and applied to these branches.
