build I20030211

You commonly get the last visible editor tab partially obscured by the scroll
arrows, making the close box inaccessible. You have to use the context menu
to close the editor.

Either the tabs should never get obscured (the preferred solution, but there
was already a PR for this which was marked WONTFIX), or a single click on the
tab should scroll to reveal it fully.

I think this is a major usability problem with the editor tabs.

Please consider for RC1.

Nick,

When you click on the partially obscured tab it already does scroll into
view. I do not know what you are talking about. Can you please show me. I
reaslize you are not in today - just drop by tomorrow.

In I20030214, try this:

- open a bunch of editors so scroll arrows appear
- scroll so the last one is fully visible
- shrink the window so that the close box is obscured
- click in the tab
- nothing happens

I really think that we should avoid obscuring items in the first place though,
if at all possible.

I believe you are talking about the specific case where you are clicking on an
already selected tab that has been obscured by resizing. This is now fixed.
