Question:
This is the description of the "Include remote help and give local help priority" button.
But I guess it describes the "Include remote help and give it priority" button and the description of the "Include remote help and give it priority" button describes the "Include remote help and give local help priority" button.

There is indeed an error in the document where the description of the preferences got inverted. I will fix up the document for Eclipse 3.6.1.

Patch applied to both HEAD and the 3.6 maintenance stream. I have created an R3_6_maintenance branch for org.eclipse.platform.doc.user and increased the bundle version to 3.6.1.
