If the parameters is the special value <code>@artifact</code>, the location of the artifact referenced by the first artifact key in the IU is used as the parameter value.
Q:Pls help to check that "If the parameters" would be changed as "If the parameter"?

Sentence:
Marks the bundle referenced by the first artifact key in the IU as started / not started, as controlled by the boolean parameter <i>started</i> (in string form i.e. "true"/"false").
Q:Pls help to check and explain this sentence for us.

Yes.

Yes, you are correct. I will fix that. Note there are two paragraphs in a row with the same typographical error.

The boolean parameter "started" controls whether a bundle gets started when an application starts up. A value of "true" will cause the bundle to be started, and "false" will cause the bundle not to be started.
