This appears to have absolutely nothing to do with Eclipse's Ant support.

It is better to download the pdt2.2 release,and try again,if the problem still exists,I hope you attach your php file than can reproduce this bug and org.eclipse.php.ui.prefs file in your {workspace}\.metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse.core.runtime\.settings,thanks!
