Description
Ed Willink
This may be an Ecore wizard bug. OCLinEcore happens to be the lexical first FileAssociation Editor, but OpenWith shows the Sample Ecore Editor as default. See Bug 318408 for description of the content type look up failure resulting in use of an EMF Compare variant of the ecore content type. On Juno M7 a new Ecore gives Ecore. Looks like the platform has sorted out the priorities. CLOSED after a year in the RESOLVED state. Created attachment 231967 [details]
ocl Editor Prob
Hello, I downloaded the "ocl example and editor" on eclipse Juno through the updatesite but when i try to open the Ecore file with oclEditor it is not showing in the sub-menu when i select open-with. !! Your problem is nothing to do with this closed bug. You don't show for what file extension you tried to open; from the editors it looks like something .xml Check in the Installed Software to see whether you really have installed OCL Examples and Editors. Check in the Open With... Others to see if it OCLinEcore appears there. |
