The existing cbi build iks very fragile and maybe deprecated for Indigo.

Use Buckminster instead.

Bug 318085 raised to create the relevant Hudson jobs.

There has been a couple of milestones which have been built using buckminster. Therefore, we could say that we have successfully migrated to buckminster.
