Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on Help->Software Updates->Find and Install
2. Click on Search for "New features to install"
3. Click on "Eclipse project updates" which points to the url http://update.eclipse.org/updates/3.3

This url yields the error:
Network connection problems encountered during search.
  Unable to access "http://update.eclipse.org/updates/3.3".

Please provide the Eclipse version.

I am guessing its a p2 bug. Might be update manager too.

Closing as INVALID.  The entire update.eclipse.org subdomain is access forbidden.  There are no links to that site on the main Eclipse pages (that I could find).  Instead try looking for updates at http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/

Ankur, while this isn't a p2 bug, if you want to move stuff to them, please use Product Equinox, Component p2.
