1.Create 2 signals or a class and a signal
2.Try to create an AssociationClass between these 2 elements

Verification note: note that creation of the association class link FROM signal TO class actually fails with different stack trace because of other problem. 

That second problem can now be reproduced with link from DataType or Interface to Class as well thus will be submitted separately.
