Ok, after a restart it works again but it is quite strange.

It happens again.

The validation is right. (Right click->Validate on the file in package explorer and in the gmfgen editor)

I try to restart, to do Project-> clean... but there is still the error.

I set it as major, As I can't anymore generate diagram code.

I remove the XTend nature on the project containing the .gmfgen, restart and it works again.
But I reset th eXTend nature and it works. So not sure to be related.
