The tcf.debug.ui plug-in adds a toolbar button "Signals..." to the Debug view without proper visibility expression.
The toolbar of the Debug view tends to clutter easily and pollution should be avoided.

Fixed. The button is removed - the functionality needs to be integrated with CDT Signals view anyway.
