The line style of the NodeAttachmentEditPart isn't restored after reopening a diagram.

NodeAttachementEditPart should contain a call to refreshVisuals:

protected void refreshVisuals() {
	super.refreshVisuals();
	setLineType(getLineType());
}

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a note shape
2. Draw a connection from the note shape to another shape
3. Change the line style, e.g. dashed line
4. Save and close the diagram
5. Reopen the diagram
