As discussed on today's call the JIRA connector sources should be moved to a zArchive folder in cvs since the JIRA connector is no longer maintained on Eclipse.org.

I moved plug-ins that were removed from the distribution or build to the a new zArchive folder in cvs. 

/cvsroot/tools/org.eclipse.mylyn/zArchive/ now contains the following directories:
