Scrrenshot of javadoc window
Since the hover pop-up is dismissed when I hit a prt-scrn to capture the screenshot I hovered over a procedure that popped up a javadoc referenece. You can see the linked items are in blue.

From a usability standpoint, the pop-up colors should be configurable so that people with various vision issues can adjust it for their needs, e.g. someone who is color blind or has contrast issues (as I do).
