1. Open Syntax Coloring preferences
2. In the Sample text click on the function foo
Expected: In the Syntax Elements list 'Function' is selected
Actual: 'Normal' is selected
3. In the Sample text click on TODO
Expected: In the Syntax Elements list 'Task Tag' is selected
Actual: 'PHPDoc' is selected 

Probably for that reason when you make some changes to 'Functions' or 'Task Tags' they are not reflected in the preview (sample text).
