It is possible to D&D all NamedElement from Model Explorer to the class diagram, D & D some NamedElement, can be disturbing for some users(e.g. Operation Element).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Add Class
2.Add Operation to the Class
3.D&D operation from Model Explorer into the Class Diagram

To be discussed for 0.8.0.

An interesting feature related to this could be to be able to select the kind of Drop action per diagram, per dropped element and per dropping context.
Ex:
- forbid drop for a specific element
- show element in diagram
- run specific action depending on the context

A customizable D&D framework has been implemented in Papyrus 0.9.0. I close this task (See Bug 370819: A Flexible Drag & Drop framework)
