Since this function is not used by consuming products, we will defer this defect.

Requires the Shell_Test* test cases be re-added to the behavior of the /org.eclipse.hyades.test.core.services.tests/manual/Test.Execution.Services.testsuite test suite.

This defect had been resolved as WONTFIX for more than 1 month.  Closing this on the reporter's behalf.  Please re-open if you have further comment on this issue.

Closed in TPTP 4.7.2.
