The layout of the ChoiceComposite is not customizable to conform to a specific UI-Styleguide. We need the possibility to control the space between the choices and the margin to the borders.

If possible, a screenshot with annotations would help...

The request is reasonable. I remember doing similar things for the MasterDetailsComposite:
public void setMargins(final int marginHeight, final int marginWidth)
public void setSpacing(final int hSpacing, final int vSpacing)

See widget.setMargins(h, w) and widget.setSpacing(h, v);

Fixed in HEAD.
