Log after installing MPC

I was working in 4.0 I20100618-1748.  I used Help>Install New SOftware and the Helios update site to install the Marketplace client.

A restart failed to come up, and now I can no longer start that workspace.

Deleting the deltas.xml at least lets it start up.

This now installs and a restart makes the menu show up.
