- create a stereotype
- import a metaclass
- the stereotype extends the metaclass
- do "Delete from Model" for the metaclass
- do CTRL-Z : 
     the extension is re-created, but not re-drawn

Done in r2501 for Branch 0.7.x
Inverse the destruction order for Extension and Metaclass and remove unused variables.
