Description
Bouchet Stéphane
Currently it is not possible for more then one person to maintain / modify a listing. I can however change the ownership of a plugin to a different user. If you'd like the ownership changed on your listing please let me know which product listing you'd like changed and the bugzilla login of the user who should have ownership. I would also be interested in the possiblity of adding another person which can modify the entry. I imagine this is especially interesting for open source projects. *** Bug 343618 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** *** Bug 343628 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** When i initially investigate this feature it was arduous to implement. I'll take a look around to see if this is feasable now, but i make no promises. I am planning to commit in the next few days to fix this problem. The patch will allow a solution editor to add additional editors. The patch was never committed because of privacy reason. The problem is that we are using an auto-complete box with a list of e-mails of your users. I think we should remove the auto-complete box for all users except administrators. This would require the maintainer to know the exact e-mail of the user but at least the e-mail of all users will now be shown in the auto-complete box. If an invalid e-mail was submitted the form will return an error. (In reply to Christopher Guindon from comment #7) I would like to ask if there is any progress on this feature? It is ridicolous that you cannot change the ownership of a product. In the meantime, please send an e-mail to marketplace@eclipse.org to add/remove authors on a marketplace listing. Owners should now be able to add additional authors to their own listings. |
