Current dependency for org.eclipse.gef.examples.logic example:

Require-Bundle: org.eclipse.gef;bundle-version="[3.5.0,4.0.0)"


But CircuitEditPart implements IScrollableEditPart interface from GEF 3.6.

Fixed changes in R3_6_maintenance branch. Merged changes into HEAD as well.
