Documentation and run-time information should not claim trademark status for the Virgo Server name.
This is a hang-over from when it was dm Server -- this must be removed before full release.

I skimmed the documentation and can find no mention of that particular trademark.

Assigning to Chris to fix the splash screen (and possibly the image that comes up prior to loading the splash screen).

They have been removed from the Splash and Admin apps. Will go with the next shipping.
