User Assistance Test Suite Cheatsheet, Scenario D2, Step Entries in Index.

In the substep "Verify that keyword3 is displayed and has two subentries - topic2 and topic3" topic 3 is not displayed. This is because the href contains an anchor which is not stripped off before looking up the href in a table of contents.
