- "Build" column - change this to "stable" build status (instead of nightly)

...and create the 1.1M8 branch, run the build make sure all that can be "green" is "green"

Also, change http://www.eclipse.org/higgins/downloads.php left hand nav so is consistent. (i.e. change Community -> Developers; get rid of children of Community)
