+1. I like Eric's idea of adding a view that provides one click actions for very common things, and two clicks for slightly less common things.

+1 here too, but I'd rather see separate (linked) views.
Comment 3 Matthias Sohn CLA 2010-06-18 04:14:28 EDT
+1, I like the general idea.

I would also prefer to have separate linked views since this allows users to rearrange the different panes as they like.

There might be multiple projects in one repository see e.g. the JGit and EGit repositories, and quite a number of operations act on repository level. This isn't reflected in the proposed mockup yet.

What I would also love to see integrated is synchronize view [1] and staging [2]

What do you mean when you say integrated, Matthias? Both merged into one? Or all three of these merged into one?
Comment 5 Matthias Sohn CLA 2010-06-18 08:07:57 EDT
Don't know yet, I mean play well with each other. This could be achieved by having different views which interact nicely or by combining some into one view. I'll try to sketch some mockups for that.

[Batch change] Remove passed Target Milestones

If anyone on CC list is going to fix/implement this, feel free to assign a new, post-1.3/2.0, target milestone.

As the link in comment 0 is no longer available, what exactly was the proposal here? :)
