I often use Window > Show View but in Eclipse SDK 4.0 the sub-menu is empty. AFAIK there's no alternative except Ctrl+3 given that 'Show In' functionality is also not working as it should.

Same applies to Window > Open Perspective. Do you need a separate bug for that?

In I20100707-2006 (Win7), the Window->Show View items are there, but you get an InjectionException/NPE if you use them.  Show View->Other... does nothing.

Window->open perspective appears to be working so I've changed the bug title to reflect the remaining issue.
